Shipping & Payment

1. Payment Methods

Payment for the goods or software is made using the payment methods specified and available for selection during the ordering process. These generally include:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• PayPal
• Prepayment / Bank Transfer

The full amount is due and payable in EURO without deduction upon delivery of the goods or receipt of the software, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (§ 2).

2. Shipping Costs and Service Providers

The ordered goods will be shipped via the shipping service provider selected by the customer during the ordering process.

All costs incurred in connection with shipping are borne by the customer. The exact shipping costs will be clearly and transparently displayed to the customer in the shopping cart and during the ordering process before submitting their binding order.

3. Delivery Times

The delivery times result from the information provided for the respective item. The period for delivery begins, for payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

4. Digital Products (Software)

For contracts concerning the supply of software, the product will be made available for **download** via the specified website after the contract is concluded (see GTC § 4). **No shipping costs** apply to digital products.

5. Prices

All prices stated are final prices. They include the applicable statutory value-added tax.
